Hello, neighbors! It's been a minute, and I've been busy, but I want to take a moment to say a bit of thanks and give some news.
As some of may you recall, there was a kerfuffle with the owners of this website and our Board of Trustees. While this issue has since been resolved, for the best interest of their business as well as the continued momentum of keeping our community thoroughly informed, I have decided to purchase and build a website dedicated to our community directly. The intent is not to overrun WireBuilt and we will still be sharing appropriate content with them for everyone in our region.
I want to apologize to the owners of this domain, WireBuilt, and thank them for their dedication to helping our tiny community maintain an online presence. While the road has been rocky, the services that you have provided to us with no charge has been deeply appreciated. I'd also like to thank our Board member, Cathina Schueth, who resurrected the website and led the path toward community engagement. And personally, to the owners, I want to sincerely thank you for allowing me to be a part of editing your newsletters from the aspect of our community and for allowing me to learn multiple web-building tricks of the trade.
With that being said, I'd like to let everyone know that www.villageofalvo.com is live. We've got meeting minutes, agendas, Newsletters, and videos available. Please be sure to subscribe stay up to date as well as to support the work that myself and other collaborators are doing in our effort to connect our community. I can't wait to see you there, neighbor!
