With the New Year just days away we all are left wondering where did the year go? Every year seems to always start out with good intentions, resolutions of things we all plan to do differently the coming year but before we know it the year is over and many of the things on our lists are left undone. As a community, I'd like to propose our own New Year's resolution. Area's in which our community could improve upon over the year such as: increase in attendance to Board of Trustee Meetings, taking the initiative to ask those who are elected to represent the Village of Alvo to do more, get involved in a community organization (though there aren't many in Alvo presently there is the potential for many more!), and lastly be a better neighbor to one and other, after all, WE are the community.
