Village of Alvo Board of Trustees' lose recall election lawsuit.
Village of Alvo Board of Trustees' request to dismiss recall lawsuit is denied, District Judge Michael A. Smith's judgment of Peremptory Writ of Mandamus commanding the Board of Trustees to follow the law is placed with the courts on November 29th, 2021.
Thanks to the Village Clerk position being filled, Board of Trustee Meetings are set to resume the regular schedule. Decembers' meeting is on the 7th beginning at 7:30 P.M.
