Karen & I ate there Thursday (8th) and were very favorably impressed with both food and service. We started off with beef Nachos (almost a meal in itself). Each ingredient stood out in the Nachos and the salsa was mild and tangy. Next visit we'll try the chicken Nachos. Karen had the Extra Crispy Wings naked and I had the Charbuff wings with Buffalo Sauce. Both dishes were excellent - crispy skin and juicy inside. Service was outstanding and all the staff were very knowledgable about the menu and more than willing to explain ins and outs of gourmet wingology.
Hey - here's a good deal: for the rest of March and April, you don't need a park permit if you are going to Caddy's and park in the lodge parking lot. They plan on expanding the menu either with a Sunday Buffet and/or breakfast hours.
This is a welcome addition the other great places to eat in our county. We don't think you will be disappointed.
