Good news - Nebraska's abnormally dry area is the same as the week before.  We  STILL need to conserve water as we move into the hotter, drier months.

July 29th, 1975 - OAS (Organization of American States) members voted to lift collective sanctions against Cuba. The US government welcomed the action and announced its intention to open serious discussions with Cuba on normalization.
