Alvo 121 is a Nebraska Forest Service unit, the acquisition fee covers transportation and UNL Fire Shop maintenance and repair. Donation and fund raising dollars covered that expense. Alvo 130 was bought from Syracuse Fire Department as a joint purchase by the Eagle-Alvo Rural Fire Board and Alvo Fire Department. Alvo 140 was bought by the Rural Fire Board in 2006 once the new Fire and Rescue Station was built.

All apparatus is DOT inspected annually by Fiala's Truck Repair.
