Definitely worth the drive to south Lincoln!
This is a fairly new establishment - opened in March of 2013. We ate there on the recommendation of my Midwest partner, who appreciates good food and service. We happened in on Monday, which meant the wine was half price for a bottle - good thing our niece was with us. They bake their own rolls, which are served warm with a delicate olive oil and cracked pepper (you can have butter if you are a non-believer in the Mediterranean diet). Salads do not have iceberg lettuce or green peppers which is a new taste experience (they offer Dorothy Lynch as one of the dressings). Wife and niece ordered the Pasta pollo e verdure fresco which is almost enough for two and is very tasty. I had the Homemade Lasagna which has a robust meat sauce with the pasta. Mr. Plaku visited with us and explained his food philosophy - family recipes in a family restaurant.
