A bit of improvement - added 1 more county with normal soil moisture to make a total of 9. 22 counties range from normal to abnormally dry; 16 completely abnormally dry; 3 range from normal to moderate drought; 23 are abnormally dry to moderate drought; 1 abnormally dry to severe drought; 9 are totally suffering moderate drought and 10 are both moderate drought to severe drought.
